Mary is such a nice lady - we felt safe leaving our two year old in her capable hands to go for a night out. Mary met our son before we put him to bed and we saw that she has a good hand with children; even though he can be a bit shy he seemed to respond well to Mary from the get go. Thank you Mary, we hope that you are available again in the future!
Natalie is full of energy, kind and loves to play with my daughter. She listens well to our wishes and preferences and always helps me in every way she can (I stay at home when Natalie is around). She always finds something interesting to play with my toddler and is very patient, imaginative and reliable. She takes children's safety seriously and it's clear she loves working with children. Children, in turn, love playing with her and my daughter always feels at ease with Natalie (she's quite picky with whom she likes apart from mum and dad, so it's a big approval from all of us!) (:.
We organised Anna to look after our 13-month-old daughter at very short notice due an urgent need. She arrived promptly, asked questions that indicated her experience (and thus were comforting to my wife and I) and our daughter (who had never previously had a carer other than my wife and I) was immediately happy with her. Anna seemed very calm and realistic about dealing with a small child. She kept us up-to-date during the day, which was reassuring. When we retuned, our daughter didn't want Anna to leave, which is probably the best recommendation. Wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
