Michala was the first babysitter we had used from Sitters, so naturally it felt a bit strange leaving our son at home with a 'stranger'. Our son had woken crying and Michala seemed totally in control by having to change his nappy, give him a cuddle and resettle him. She seemed completely unfazed by his waking and had dealt with it with no problems and he was fast asleep again when we got back, which was later than we had intially intended, but with a simple text during the evening to Michala, she was totally flexible and relaxed that we were home a bit later.

Claire was fantastic! She turned up to a completely disorganised house with me half ready trying to get my son's dinner ready whilst getting dressed myself for a ball. She was completely un- phased and immediately put me at ease, and my 3 children who had never met her before. They all thought she was fantastic, even my 12 year old son - especially as she watched the football with him! Lorraine looked after my boys aged 6, 3 and 1, two of whom were poorly and she didn't appear phased at all, and clearly had the situation under control.
