When you register with Sitters a typical evening babysitting pays you £22 - £27 sometimes more, occasionally a little less. As a minimum parents will pay you for three hours per booking. With higher rates for bookings in hotels and at weekends for central London appointments what better way could there be to make the most of your childcare experience.
Parents pay you directly at the end of the evening for the time you have worked. We do not require you to submit timesheets and we make no deductions from your earnings to pay for introductions.

Do you qualify?
At Sitters we only work with individuals who can demonstrate previous professional childcare experience. If you have experience as a OFSTED Registered Childminder, Nanny, Nursery Nurse or in an other childcare profession and you’re interested in receiving offers of occasional or regular evening babysitting work please complete your details below.
Please bear in mind that before we can offer you work you will need to attend an interview and produce references from previous employers as evidence of your professional childcare work experience. We are not able to accept references from your relatives or family members and references from families where you have only worked as an occasional babysitter are not sufficient on their own. We expect to see evidence of full time permanent employment in a childcare or other caring profession.
All offers of babysitting employment are sent by text message to your mobile phone. It is important that you are able
to give us the number of a mobile phone that you normally have with you.
Sitters works with individuals who are able to demonstrate that they have suitable past childcare and employment experience. We
will only offer you babysitting work if you have suitable childcare experience and have previously been employed in a suitable caring role.
Ideally you will have experience in a position such as Childminding, Nannying or Nursery Nursing. We are also able to consider applicants who
are able to provide references from other caring professions such as Teaching or Nursing.
