First time using someone outside the family , but all was great , Melanie text me an hour before she came and once she arrived she met the children (6,10,12). they were very comfortable with her straight away. she played games and watched movies with them before bed time. When I arrived back home she fill me in on what they did and everything was fine. Next morning the children were fast to tell me they enjoyed having Melanie mind them and would be happy to do it again. So I will be using the service again . Thank you for making it easy for me to enjoy a child free night out.

Kim was amazing from the moment she stepped though the door. She recognised my daughter from Nursery and that instantly put my mind at ease. My son was more difficult as he is just a baby and teething so he cried so much. But she didn t even seem bothered and told me not to worry as he would be fine once we left. She kept us posted my messages throughout the night and even stayed longer without a second thought. Really recommend her highly. Such a lovely and caring lady. Even managed to put my daughter to bed on time which I am yet to accomplish. Absolutely love her!!!!!

Yemi was really lovely. My baby screamed her head off, think she knew I was leaving her, but Yemi took it in her stride. She arrived with toys and books for the kids to play with and was very hands on from the minute she walked in. She even did some cleaning which was unnecessary but totally appreciated. My boys were very complimentary of her and said she was 'really lovely'. I ran half an hour late as my train was delayed but Yemi was accommodating and was happy to stay a bit longer. Yemi was calm and playful with kids and clearly has lots of experience with children.
