Our little one has been struggling a bit with unknown faces (crying when not with mum/dad) and from the moment she arrived he was all smiles and giggles! She stayed at the venue and brought him over for pictures, took him for many walks around the beautiful grounds. We had a video call a couple of weeks before the event to go over babys routine and she had actually done a wedding previously! She then checked in with us again the day or so before the event which just gave us more confidence for the day. She has since sent some beautiful photos of her time with Trey on the grounds and had even kept a schedule of his sleep/nappies/food from the day before handing him back over to us. "We are traveling from the US and were very nervous: we have four kids (age 3, 7, 10 and 13), they were jetlagged, the little one skipped his nap, and we were in unfamilar surtoundings. Sonjia came early and the kids felt instantly safe. Nobody protested when we left, the transition was very smooth. She is very gentle, kind, competent, has so much experience, has a positive attitude, and was unphased by the many challenges we were bringing. She stayed about 10 hours with them. She was lovely and able to relate to all the kids despite their different ages. She asked us all the right questions before we left.
