She engages with them immediately and builds strong trust very quickly as we wrap up things in the house and get ready to go out. Sometimes our kids can be upset as we leave but she remains so calm and also sends updates and reassurances after we are out the house and the girls are playing again. I have never used any babysitting service before so was apprehensive about hiring someone without meeting them, but she was brilliant at communication, asked questions about my boys and really put me at ease.
