"Soraya arrived promptly at our hotel room to look after our son for the evening. There was excellent communication beforehand. She was very friendly and approachable; my son very much enjoyed playing with her from the start and we felt comfortable and confident with Soraya. Soraya carried out our son's evening routine as requested (dinner, bath, story etc) and got him to sleep. She gave an update as the evening progressed as well as at the end of the session.
