My daughter is an extremely shy child and I myself suffer from severe anxiety Lisa went over and above for myself and my daughter and I was completely comfortable to leave my daughter with her and would use her services again in a heart beat. My daughter has a fear of cats and dogs and Lisa helped her over come this and gave my daughter "her brave" Lisa even took my daughter to the park rather than sitting in the home with her, she made sure the toys were away for me coming home, my daughter was ready for bed etc. Lisa made my daughter soo happy I genuinely couldn't have had a better experience with a babysitter. She did so much more but there's not enough room for detail. We called her as an emergency babysitter and despite us living in a small house, she took care to keep our child occupied so we could work. She was very self sufficient, but also very polite asking permission before using our things. Crucially, she was excellent with our child, who had an amazing day with her! "Eileen babysat my 16-month daughter twice and was excellent with her. My daughter is a bit sensitive and doesn’t like being left with anyone other than myself and her daddy. She cried a lot to start with but Eileen remained calm, warm and comforting and managed to sooth her pretty quickly especially the second time when she stopped crying while I was still at home getting ready to leave which was unbelievable! Eileen took her to the park both times and told me in detail what she ate, her nappy change etc. When I came back my daughter was in a good mood so she obviously had a great time. I was very happy leaving her with Eileen and felt she was in good hands and will definitely be asking Eileen to babysit on many occasions in the future!"
