Susan was fantastic, calm and so experienced. The children took to her at once. She even came with her own brilliant childrens books and toys. We were staying in a rental house for the weekend so didnt have alot of toys/book resources. She was caring, confident and very safety aware. My twins loved her. She became part of the extended family. I cant recommend her enough. She was polite and so gentle with us all. She made us feel nothing was too much. I hope she enjoyed it as much as we did having her with our children for over 5 hours of full on child care. One brilliant lady.
