We booked Francoise as last minute emergency childcare for the youngest of our daughters. Francoise was exceptional, she called the night before, turned up in plenty of time and immediately enamoured herself to all 3 of our children. So much so in fact that I had to wrestle the other 2 away because they wanted to stay with her, even the cat loved her. We would love it if Francoise was able to sit for us again because we have absolute confidence in her competence with our children which is very reassuring when leaving them for work or a very rare night out!
