Tricia called well in advance of her sitting which we always prefer, and she then arrived early so we had plenty of time for my son to get used to her. Although our boy grumbled for a minute when I said goodbye, Tricia was soon singing songs and reading stories with him, which he loves, so he was happy after that. Tricia is clearly very experienced with children both personally and professionally which is reassuring, in addition to which when we were sorting ourselves out at the start she spent some time knitting on the sofa was very calming too! Ceri is wonderful! Our 3 children love having her here, and are comfortable with her from the moment she arrives. She always brings a special book for them to read together, and has taught them lots of fun games and songs. She is fun, creative, and very reliable. She can be trusted to keep me informed if there are any issues, and even will text to let me know that the children have settled well if they struggle with me leaving. Ceri also makes herself available for bookings consistently, even if they are in the daytime or late evening. All around, she is just great!
