We organised Anna to look after our 13-month-old daughter at very short notice due an urgent need. She arrived promptly, asked questions that indicated her experience (and thus were comforting to my wife and I) and our daughter (who had never previously had a carer other than my wife and I) was immediately happy with her. Anna seemed very calm and realistic about dealing with a small child. She kept us up-to-date during the day, which was reassuring. When we retuned, our daughter didn't want Anna to leave, which is probably the best recommendation. Wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Carol was great. She clearly has lots of experience, both with children / babies, and baby sitting. She called to confirm the appointment about an hour before. Arrived a few minutes before the agreed time. Straight away, she interacted with our baby (4 months) and he loved it! She enquired about his routine. What we would need her to do etc. We asked that she texted us to let us know once our baby would be asleep. Which she did. It was the first time we took a baby sitter for our baby, the first time with sitters, and we are looking to use these services, and hopefully Carol, again.
