As this was the first time I had ever used a sitter for my son in the evening, I was apprehensive as to how things would go. Lisa arrived on time and immediately introduced herself, both to myself and to my son. She interacted with my son very well, asking questions about his school and what he liked to do and made it clear to him that if he wished to do an activity with her then she would be more than happy to particpate. Upon my return she let me know what they did and how things went and my mind was set at ease that everything went ok. I asked my son the next day and he was also happy with how things went, which obviousely is a relief if I was to use the service again. The first time i have used this agency( or any !!), so didnt know what to expect. Perfect comms 1 hour pre arrival to check all was still well. Arrived slightly early. I stayed for 25 mins with my 2 year old as he had just woke up. He was surprisingly ok with Carole considering she was a stranger !( bit of a clingy boy usually) They crack on with the thomas track. When i returned he was playing happily with puzzles.Made up with the service and Carole and would welcome her back any time.THANK YOU !!
