I can't recommend Luz highly enough. She arrived with a big smile on her face (at 6.30in the morning...) and left with a big smile on her face 13 hours later). She entertained and took care of my energetic 19 year old twin boys, engaging and delighting them and taking them out and about and keeping me up to date with their activities at all times. Luz was fun, professional, punctual, polite and full of energy and positivity.
