"Annetta was very good. This was our first experience of Sitters and I have been impressed with the whole process. Annetta brought with her some paints and a game and played with them until bedtime. I had texts from her if she had a query about anything. She asked about whether the kids slept with doors open or closed and with or without the lights on so she knew their bedtime routine. She sat and listened to them read at bedtime. They were fast asleep when we got back and we didn't have a peep out of them until the next morning."

"I made a day booking for someone to look after my 9 month old baby during the afternoon, this was my first time leaving him with a person he's not met before. Vicky-Ann was absolutely amazing with him, he instantly warmed to her and was at ease and smiling. She had lots of energy to deal with an active crawling little boy, played games with him, sang, read to him and looked after his every need. I felt confident that he was well looked after. I could see that Vicky-Ann was confident and well experienced. As a first time user of this service she left me with a great experience. I would not hesitate to have her look after my son again."

"I was delighted with the service from Sitters and particularly Karen who sat for my three grandchildren. It's the first time I have used Sitters but not the first time the children have had a sitter from Sitters (their mum and dad use them in Tunbridge Wells), so it was me that needed putting at ease not the children! Karen was friendly, kind, prompt, professional and accommodating all the things you need from a baby sitter. Karen also kept me updated with text to let me know all was peaceful back at home with the children asleep. "Joanne was absolutely fantastic. It was our first time using the service and so we were naturally a little apprehensive. Could not have been better. Joanne arrived a little early and met the boys who took to her instantly. Stories all round and the inevitable attempts to stay up as late as possible, which showed how happy they were with her. "I was extremely happy with leaving my 23 month old with Talitha. I needed to arrange childcare through Sitters for the first time and also had to travel away with work. She put me at ease immediately, calling me the day before to introduce herself (it was a 6.45am start!). I therefore knew she was coming and had confidence in the service. My daughter warmed to her immediately and within 10 mins was sat on her lap reading books. I came home to some paintings they had done together and could see she had a fabulous time. "Suzana was our first experience booking someone through Sitters, so we were a bit nervous and not quite sure what to expect. But what we got was an absolutely delightful lady who put both me and my son (5 yrs) at ease immediately. She far exceeded my expectations for a babysitter, she was brilliant and we'd love to have her again! Suzana was friendly, warm, competent, and had a real gift relating to children. She was very thoughtful too, about what I'd like as well as making sure my son was content. She got straight down to the really important stuff - playing dinosaurs with my son (!), and he had a great time. We'd very much recommend her."

"From a first timer here at Sitters: Maria was wonderful!!! The whole process was a breeze, in fact. I spoke to Maria before the booking and she reassured me that she could take my son (22 months) out, something that was important to us. As soon as she arrived, my little one warmed to her immediately and I could tell they were going to get on. I was able to relax at work knowing he was in safe hands. Had a couple of texts during the day to let me know what they were up to, which was great. When I got home, my son was having a great time, the house was as tidy as we left it. Thank you Maria!! My son gave Maria a big hug before she left. A sure sign of a good day had by all. I'd highly recommend Maria. I wish we had her around every day!"
