Anna was fabulous. Not only did she have to deal with our son waking up, she also dealt with no power for 2.5hrs. Though she could have called us when the power went out, she found candles and sat in the dark waiting for our return. When we asked her why she didn't call (we were just local), she stated "I wanted you to have a good night!". You don't get better service than that!

Jasmine arrived very promptly and was pleasant and friendly. Szilvia was very nice and friendly. When we were out, she sent us an unprompted text message letting us know that our toddler had woken up and was now asleep again. That was very reassuring.
