Helen was great - she phoned to confirm the booking, showed her ID on arrival and quickly engaged with our two young boys. They had fun showing her all their toys before she read them a story before bed and both have asked for her to come back. :).

Natalie was great, she called us to let us know she would be with us on time and once here soon engaged with our youngest two reading them a story. Natalie is currently studying paediatric nursing so it is great to be able to go out knowing our 4 and 6 year olds were in such well qualified care. We'd be delighted to have her sit for us again.

Valerie called us an hour before she was due, to check our exact location, she arrived on time and soon engaged with our 4 and 6 year olds, overseeing their bedtime routine as we got ready to go out. Valerie was capable and helpful and we would be pleased to have her sit again.

Hana was lovely, the ideal babysitter. Upon arrival, she was friendly and introduced herself to the children, and she reassured us by checking that she had the correct mobile numbers for us both and by asking about the children's bedtimes. The children thought she was wonderful. She remained pleasant and polite.
